hahhaha.
and so.
dont ask me WHY.
but i baked cookies today.
so maybe my sister screwed it up
when i went to buy the baking paper.
i had to add MILK,
which was in NO PART of the recipe.
luckily it turned out fine,
or she would have been dead.
HAHA.
i made three batches of 9s,
but i think the first batch is WEIRD??
haha.
darker than the rest.
HAHHA.

for those who want the recipe,
i can tell you its damn simple.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
200g bittersweet chocolate, cut into chunks

Directions:

Set your oven temperature to 180 degree celcius.

Cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and blend in.

Mix the rest of the dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chunks.

Drop cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Written Business Communications:
Pre-tutorial Homework

I am a changed person because of the Saint John Vianney play.

This play was developed by my church, Church of Saint Anthony, to help raise funds. Since they needed help in the production crew, I took up the position of Production Manager. Little did I know that what I was going to experience could change my perspective of life.

When I joined, I had to cope with stress from school, and the tasks assigned, such as contacting various organizations and churches, to get them to support our play. I also had to pay attention to the welfare of the cast and crew, ensuring that meals and transport had to be taken care of. The handling of the tickets and money was also left to me.

There were times when I just broke down and cried, because the stress was just overwhelming. However, I was not the only one feeling this way. Maybe the cast was not overburdened, but the inside job with production was dire.

Many friendships developed through this experience, and I will not forget what my Director, a close friend of mine, told me.

“The way she accepts challenges and never gives up makes me think of how great a servant she will be.”

This experience has made me realize how fortunate I am. I learnt that not everyone has the luxury of friends, to guide them along in their journeys, and that I should cherish what I already have in life.

we all met at the BROKEN bench,

then father asked us to attend mass.
after mass,
the whole gang of us went over
to sean's place for dinner yesterday!

YESTERDAY WAS OH SO FUN!
went to marina for sheila's birthday.
OOH.
we were doing dumb things in the train and bus on the way there.
like goodness.
terrible.
then we reached, and sheila did too, and then the grandparents.
all around the same time.
so it was good.
then there was no parking space,
so when this car drove away,
charles ran across the road to stand at the lot,
"CHOP PLACE".

it was hilarious.
then we went to pay and go grab food!

live prawns were not behaving.

CELEBRATION OF FRIENDS.

all i can say is WOW.

it was so wonderful.

everything abt it.

when we reached church,

and me and charm saw the fancy tables and all,

we didnt think it was for us.

THEN!
we saw justina doing the candles.
LIKE OHMYGOODNESS!
it was just so well planned.
the whole event.
actually you could tell from the invitation card la.

we didnt expect this.

after eating,

and we saw the SJV blocks!

then i found out the fountain was hand-made?

it really took alot of effort.
they had a dry-run all.

and they started cooking way before that day,
